Your responsibilities will include leading financial operations, overseeing financial modeling and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing investor relationships. • Partner with CEO and senior leadership for financial discipline

• Lead financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Oversee financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and statements

• Manage investor and stakeholder relationships

• Lead fundraising and investor reporting initiatives
Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or fully qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); MBA is an added advantage
• 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Proven expertise in strategic finance, fundraising, and corporate governance

• Exposure to Series B (or later) funded start-ups is highly desirable
