About the Role

As Vice President - Finance at this high-growth organization in Gurugram, you will be leading the financial operations and investor management. Your future employer is a high-impact company focusing on innovation in logistics and tech-driven services.

Role Overview: You will define and execute the financial strategy aligned with the company's business goals and partner with the CEO and senior leadership for financial discipline and resource optimization. Your responsibilities will include leading financial operations, overseeing financial modeling and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing investor relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals

  • • Partner with CEO and senior leadership for financial discipline

  • • Lead financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management

  • • Oversee financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting

  • • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and statements

  • • Manage investor and stakeholder relationships

  • • Lead fundraising and investor reporting initiatives

    • Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or fully qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); MBA is an added advantage

  • • 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience

  • • Proven expertise in strategic finance, fundraising, and corporate governance

  • • Exposure to Series B (or later) funded start-ups is highly desirable
