Vice President - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance Leadership & Hands-on Execution


  • • Lead the finance function across corporate, plant, and sales offices


  • • Operate as a hands-on leader actively involved in processes, controls, and execution


  • • Build a disciplined, process-driven finance culture


  • ERP & Digital Finance Transformation


  • • Lead ERP implementation from selection to stabilization


  • • Standardize processes across manufacturing, SCM, sales, and finance


  • • Drive real-time MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems


  • • Ensure data integrity and eliminate manual dependencies


  • Financial Planning & Business Analytics


  • • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning


  • • Deliver variance analysis with actionable insights


  • • Support pricing, margin, and investment decisions


  • Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control


  • • Lead standard costing, BOM validation, and variance analysis


  • • Drive cost optimization across plant and supply chain


  • • Link operational metrics with financial outcomes


  • Working Capital & Cash Flow Management


  • • Optimize inventory, receivables, and payables


  • • Drive improvements in cash conversion cycle


  • • Align production planning with working capital goals


  • Governance, Controls & Compliance


  • • Ensure GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance


  • • Build strong internal controls and audit systems


  • • Manage auditor relationships and compliance frameworks


  • Multi-location Finance Integration


  • • Standardize processes across Delhi, Haridwar, Pune, and Bangalore


  • • Ensure consistent reporting and controls


  • • Drive centralized visibility with decentralized execution


  • Strategic Business Partnering


  • • Act as financial advisor to CEO and leadership


  • • Support capex decisions, ROI evaluation, and strategy


  • • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis


  • Team Leadership & Capability Building


  • • Build and lead high-performance finance teams


  • • Drive accountability, training, and capability development


  • • Strengthen finance as a value-creation function
