Financial Planning & Business Analytics


Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning


Deliver variance analysis with actionable insights


Support pricing, margin, and investment decisions



Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control


Lead standard costing, BOM validation, and variance analysis


Drive cost optimization across plant and supply chain


Link operational metrics with financial outcomes



Working Capital & Cash Flow Management


Optimize inventory, receivables, and payables


Drive improvements in cash conversion cycle


Align production planning with working capital goals



Governance, Controls & Compliance


Ensure GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance


Build strong internal controls and audit systems


Manage auditor relationships and compliance frameworks



Multi-location Finance Integration


Standardize processes across Delhi, Haridwar, Pune, and Bangalore


Ensure consistent reporting and controls


Drive centralized visibility with decentralized execution



Strategic Business Partnering


Act as financial advisor to CEO and leadership


Support capex decisions, ROI evaluation, and strategy
