About the Role

As a Vice President in the operations team, your primary role is to manage operations within a business area, ensuring processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. Your responsibilities include:

  • • Identifying trends and opportunities to improve areas by analyzing operation data and performance metrics.

  • • Managing operations for the business area, promoting efficient processes, risk management, and compliance initiatives.

  • • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations and align with the bank's objectives.

  • • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to operational professionals to enhance delivery quality.

  • • Developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operation functions and identify areas for improvement.

  • • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience.

  • • Creating a safe environment for colleagues to provide feedback and actively encouraging their input.

  • • Managing attrition by implementing retention initiatives for the workforce.
  • Additionally, as a Vice President, you are expected to:

  • • Contribute to setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change.
