About the Role Fablab Engineering India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Vice President EPC Turnkey Solutions to lead and manage end-to-end execution of turnkey projects in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves overseeing HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, machinery, and utility installations while ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage EPC turnkey projects for pharmaceutical clients
Oversee project planning, execution, and commissioning activities
Handle HVAC and cleanroom projects ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO standards)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and site teams
Ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Drive project engineering excellence and operational efficiency
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Supervise installation and commissioning of machinery and utility systems

Required Skills


Strong experience in Turnkey Projects & EPC Execution
Expertise in Pharma Projects (cleanrooms, HVAC systems)
Hands-on experience in Project Management & Project Engineering
Knowledge of Project Commissioning and validation processes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Candidate Profile


B.E. Mechanical with relevant industry experience
Proven track record in handling pharmaceutical EPC projects
Strong understanding of cleanroom design, HVAC systems, and utilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
