About the Role

As the Vice President of the Data Intelligence Group at TresVista, your role will involve leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Associates and Analysts. You will oversee and drive technical initiatives, providing a dynamic path for learning and growth with high exposure to team management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and use analytical tools to create a data pipeline for actionable insights into financial management, operational efficiency, and key business performance metrics.

  • • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and support infrastructure redesign for scalability.

  • • Develop sophisticated and innovative analytical solutions and actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • • Acquire data from multiple sources, convert it into a specified format for storage in a database to generate insights.

  • • Support the creation of Coding Best Practices, Software Product Training Materials, User Guides, and Deployment Instructions.

  • • Fix software defects/bugs, measure and analyze code for quality.
  • People Manager:

  • • Manage teams working on multiple projects for different clients, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.

  • • Mentor and develop team members in areas such as Data Engineering, Predictive Analytics, and Gen AI.

  • • Actively support business strategy, plans, and values to contribute to a high-performance culture.

  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices across the analytics value chain.
  • Prerequisites:

  • • Hands-on experience with ETL (Python/Spark/R) tools and Data Warehouse.

  • • Extensive hands-on experience in Data Science (ML, Deep Learning) and Gen AI using Python.

  • • Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile.

  • • Strong experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) and solution designing.

  • • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

  • • Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications.

  • • Proficient Communication Skills, High Quantitative ability, and Analytical skills.

  • • Experience with modern SDLC tools like Git, Bit Bucket, JIRA, or Trello is a plus.
  • Experience:

  • • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Development.
  • Education:

  • • Bachelors/Master's degree from Tier-1 colleges preferred.
  • Compensation:

  • • The compensation structure will be as per industry standards.
