About the Role

As a Vice President - TCoE Data Analytics Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly talented individuals proficient in tools and technologies like Python, UiPath, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and SQL. Your primary role will involve liaising with Compliance Test Managers to understand compliance activities and define analytical and automation solutions to enhance Compliance Testing efficiency. You will also be tasked with exploring data strategies across different Lines of Business to build effective analytical and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities: - Program management and Delivery ownership: Drive project delivery for the Control Testing center of Excellence (TCoE) within/across lines of business. - Manage a team of skilled Analytics professionals. - Manage concurrent deliveries including data extractions, analytical solutions, dashboards, automated reports, and ML solution deployments.

  • • Build a library of Analytics linked to operational and compliance risks for reuse in subsequent Control Testing cycles.

  • • Work with the AI/ML governance team to train, test, and deploy models to ensure adherence to controls related to AI/ML model usage.

  • • Drive delivery of business insights to strengthen controls and risk management through data exploration techniques and data quality controls.

  • • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with Control Testing managers and leaders.

  • • Define, manage, and expand the 'Toolkit' by identifying and championing new tools and technologies for stronger analytical solutions.

  • • Provide timely and relevant information through various reporting mechanisms.

  • • Adhere to the Firm-wide Controls framework associated with the creation of Analytical solutions.

  • • Document requirements associated with the analytical solutions built for Control Testing activities in the TCoE.
  • Qualifications Required: - Post-graduate program with specialization in Data Analytics and Automation.

  • • Minimum 12 years of experience in Automation and Analytics.

  • • Proven track record of managing large portfolios of projects with diverse automation solutions.

  • • Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager would be advantageous.

  • • Experience in Audit, Testing, Compliance, or risk management environment is preferred.

  • • Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
