Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a data access and retention strategy that aligns with business objectives and data residency regulations.• Collaborate with key stakeholders such as TDI, CISO, and GDP to design scalable and automated control solutions that meet regulatory requirements.• Foster collaboration across different teams within the organization, including Product, Engineering, and Risk squads.• Promote a culture of data ownership through training, forums, and governance initiatives.• Oversee critical access processes like DCRs and Fine Grained Access, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.• Influence senior stakeholders within Corporate Bank Tribes and global functions to drive alignment and support for data access control initiatives.Qualifications Required:
