Strategy Lead - CEO's Office

Overview

As a Strategy Lead - CEO Office, you will serve as a strategic partner and execution leader working closely with the Business Head and Founders to drive growth, transformation, and value creation across businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner closely with the Business Head and Founders on strategy, growth priorities, and transformation programs.

2. Drive strategic initiatives across markets and business lines with end-to-end ownership.

3. Support investments, partnerships, and regional expansion through market entry analysis, opportunity sizing, and strategic diligence.

4. Lead deep-dive analyses on P&L, unit economics, pricing, and growth levers to support decision-making.

5. Own 0-1 strategic initiatives including validation, MVP design, pilot execution, and scale-up roadmap.

6. Develop business cases, run structured pilots, and define success metrics for new initiatives.

The Successful Applicant:

1. Postgraduate degree from a premier B-school is a must, with 5+ in top-tier consulting, Strategy, or Founder's Office roles.

2. Exposure to Banks/Investors on fund raising.

Note: The role involves a potential relocation to the Philippines within a 6-8 month timeframe.
