About the Role

As a part of the Trade Credit team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for various aspects of deal origination, account management, and core activities. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you:

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in deep diving and mining for the origination of new business, forging new relationships, and innovating products and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing mandatory and regulatory MIS. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with regional and global account managers for key banking relationships

  • • Discussing with insurance companies to structure deals and terms for policyholders

  • • Negotiating on premium and other terms in offer terms

  • • Originating new clients and coordinating with operational teams and insurance companies

  • • Negotiating on commercial quotes and executing deals on behalf of clients

  • • Coordinating with the international office of Marsh for technical and reinsurance support

  • • Conducting regular client meetings to ensure operational efficiency, involving travel PAN India as required

  • • Supporting the team on product knowledge about Trade Finance and leading the origination and execution of deals
  • Qualifications Required: - Post-Graduation in Business Management from a premier institute for CA / CS

  • • 5 to 8 years of work experience with a bank or NBFC factoring agency

  • • Excellent communication skills

  • • Background work experience in Trade Products, Transaction Banking, Trade Sales, Factoring Sales, Supply Chain Financing, or Core Trade Operations

  • • Sound knowledge of working capital facilities and understanding of all trade products Fund and Non-Fund based products
