As the Senior Vice President, Workplace Experience, Asia Pacific at Mastercard, your role will be crucial in leading the regional team of work experience leads and driving strategic operations focused on enhancing the employee workplace experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and executing an inspiring vision aligned with Mastercards overall people strategy, ensuring an effective employee experience across all hubs and scalable workplace locations.• Developing a framework for an optimal workplace experience in the region, including driving behavioral changes for cultural transformation.• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop workplace experience roadmap, identify gaps/needs, and drive a culture of service excellence, hospitality, and belonging.• Leading regional efforts to ensure the workplace experience roadmap is anchored on human-centered design principles and industry standards.• Identifying social, economic, and governance issues impacting workplace experience and presenting key findings to stakeholders.• Staying updated on best practices in diversity, inclusion, and social and governance issues to incorporate relevant insights into organizational strategies.• Acting as an internal advisory support for key leadership and influencing decisions related to workplace and employee experience.• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and legally compliant approach to people processes and operations.• Creating a leadership framework to engage people, face challenges with courage, and achieve aspirations.• Ensuring all actions are consistent with Mastercard's mission-driven values and desired culture.• Developing and implementing initiatives related to employee onboarding, engagement, retention, communications, appreciation, and recognition.Qualifications Required:
