About the Role
As a Sales Manager at 99acres.com, your role will involve contributing to the development and execution of the Sales strategy for the North region. You will be responsible for driving both penetration and up-selling to achieve the quarterly and annual revenue and sales targets in the assigned region. Providing leadership to the assigned team to further grow the online market and increase 99acres' share in it will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to understand the needs of different clients and propose customized 99acres solutions that best address those needs. Developing a good understanding of share of spend for 99acres and the effectiveness of other channels used will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for existing account management and account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. Developing deep relationships with the leadership team of Builders, Channel Partners, and big Brokers in the region will be essential. Working towards improving sales processes related to training, account profiling, account monitoring, and account delivery will also be part of your role.
