About the Role

As a Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Career Enhancement Cell at TresVista, your primary role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to set up and run the Career Counselling function. This function aims to add value to employees, clients, and TresVista. Your responsibilities include:

  • • Supporting outgoing and former employees in finding new roles within or outside TresVista

  • • Building relationships with key recruiters

  • • Managing employees' career plans alongside counselling

  • • Tracking and managing relationships with former employees

  • • Designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving frameworks, processes, and teams
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • • Designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving a framework for processing secondment requirements from clients

  • • Understanding immigration laws in key markets (US and UK) and facilitating necessary visa procurements through collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Qualifications required for this role include:

  • • 15-18 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position

  • • Expertise in building relationships with key recruiters and handling global immigration challenges

  • • Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship-building skills

  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • • Effective team management and organizational abilities

  • • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field, preferably in HR or management
