Role Overview:
You will be leading a sizeable team of HR Shared Services team members to execute transactions across various HR processes. Your main focus will be to support the broader HR leadership team by ensuring seamless and accurate transactions through a progressive HR Shared Services framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 25+ direct/indirect team members based in India, Philippines, and Lithuania within the HR Shared Services function to ensure timely and accurate delivery for a progressive and consistent employee experience.• Develop team members through cross-training and skills development, ensuring knowledge sharing and business continuity.• Be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the HR Shared Services team, ensuring adherence to SLA's and KPI's.• Review and report on relevant KPI's or SLA's of the team.• Proactively plan for efficient utilization of HR shared services resources.• Collaborate closely and interact regularly with the larger HR team.• Promote a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration.• Ensure data quality on the HRIS and support various internal and external audits.• Highlight, escalate, and report any risk events appropriately.• Contribute to upscaling the scope of HR Shared Services and implementation and maintenance of HRIS.Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• Previous experience leading HR Shared Services teams.• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.• Excellent communication and leadership skills.• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Experience with HRIS systems and data management.• Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiencies in HR operations.
