About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager at TresVista, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will provide strategic oversight on deliverables, manage client interactions, and offer deeper domain expertise. Reporting directly to the Client Growth Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction

  • • Provide strategic oversight on deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations

  • • Identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction

  • • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

  • • Solicit feedback from clients and incorporate it into client-specific training manuals and processes to continuously improve service quality

  • • Provide direction to the TresVista delivery teams assigned to the client, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives

  • • Lead or participate in special commercial projects, provide training, and contribute insights to specific initiatives

  • • Provide guidance and coaching to Junior RMs, Senior Sales Development Associates, and Sales Development Associates in the team
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

  • • Good understanding of financial markets such as Private Equity, Secondaries, LP, GP, Public/Private Credit

  • • Skill in analyzing client portfolios and identifying gaps or opportunities

  • • Strategic planning to align client goals with financial products and services

  • • Familiarity with AI concepts like machine learning and natural language processing

  • • Understanding of how AI can customize product offerings and communication based on client behavior and preferences
