About the Role

As a Senior Vice President, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer Manager at BNY, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational fund administration activities for funds with intricate portfolio assets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Processing transactions, tracking data, and monitoring compliance

  • • Coordinating fund administration activities with internal partners

  • • Assisting in fund expense budgeting and preparing fund expense invoices for clients

  • • Processing debt service payments and cash and trade transactions for complex funds

  • • Checking the work of junior colleagues and escalating issues as needed

  • • Collecting and summarizing fund data for portfolio preparation

  • • Assisting in maintaining process flows documentation and standard operating procedures

  • • Providing guidance to less experienced team members

    • To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with a preference for 10+ years of total work experience and a background in accounting or fund administration.
