About the Role
As the Senior Vice President Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end P&L and growth of the organization. Your role will involve leading Sales, Marketing, and Delivery as one integrated business, ensuring revenue, profitability, client growth, and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth through:
Lead and align the Sales Head, Marketing Head, and Delivery Head, ensuring marketing pipeline quality aligns with sales and delivery capability. Ensure sales commitments are realistic, profitable, and executable, and that delivery quality drives renewals and expansion.
Act as a CXO-level leader in client conversations, reviews, and escalations. Build strong, trust-based relationships with US customers and position the company as a solution and consulting partner, not just a service provider.
Lead senior leaders, build future leaders, and drive succession planning for critical roles. Work with HR on workforce planning and capability building. Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability, taking responsibility for outcomes and empowering teams instead of blaming them.
