About the Role

As the Senior Vice President Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end P&L and growth of the organization. Your role will involve leading Sales, Marketing, and Delivery as one integrated business, ensuring revenue, profitability, client growth, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own revenue, profit, cost, and budget for the business unit

  • • Drive quarterly and annual business planning

  • • Make independent decisions on investments, offerings, and priorities

  • • Ensure billing accuracy and maintain strong collection discipline
  • Drive growth through:

  • • New logo acquisition

  • • Expansion of existing accounts

  • • Renewals and long-term client relationships

  • • Predict revenue accurately based on the marketing pipeline and sales conversion

  • • Decide on service and consulting offerings; reject offerings that are not commercially or strategically viable
  • Lead and align the Sales Head, Marketing Head, and Delivery Head, ensuring marketing pipeline quality aligns with sales and delivery capability. Ensure sales commitments are realistic, profitable, and executable, and that delivery quality drives renewals and expansion.

    Act as a CXO-level leader in client conversations, reviews, and escalations. Build strong, trust-based relationships with US customers and position the company as a solution and consulting partner, not just a service provider.

    Lead senior leaders, build future leaders, and drive succession planning for critical roles. Work with HR on workforce planning and capability building. Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability, taking responsibility for outcomes and empowering teams instead of blaming them.

    Qualifications Required:

  • • Proven Services P&L leadership experience

  • • Successful track record of driving P&L for services or consulting business

  • • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Delivery

  • • Experience working with US markets and customers

  • • Ability to articulate confidently in numbers - revenue, margins, costs, budgets

  • • Strong customer relationship management and consulting skills

  • • Valid B1 visa
  • Preferred (not mandatory):

  • • Experience with Associations or Non-Profits

  • • Background in Sales or Marketing
