About the Role

As the Senior Vice President for Business Planning and Analysis at BNY, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative solutions that redefine industries and uplift communities worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Partnering with planning contacts and initiative sponsors to develop business cases, resource needs, and interdependencies.

  • • Enhancing OKR effectiveness through insightful reporting, coaching, data pipelines, and meeting support.

  • • Supporting communication of the firm's strategic plans and priorities.

  • • Conducting complex analyses and reporting to support business operations and strategic planning activities.

  • • Transforming raw metrics into decision-ready insights through data gathering, analysis, and executive reporting.

  • • Designing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and deliverable quality.

  • • Leading special projects of strategic importance and facilitating key governance forums.
  • To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • • 10 years of work experience, preferably in securities or financial services.

  • • Experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or competitor/market research.

  • • Bachelor's degree required, with a master's degree being a plus.

  • • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.

  • • Strong initiative, ability to manage multiple priorities, and interact well with employees at all levels.

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Power BI or similar tools.

  • • Familiarity with Program/Project Management, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Engineering Product Lifecycle.
