About the Role

As a Senior Vice President, AI Product Management at Citi, you will play a crucial role in leading a strategic portfolio of AI products at the core of the company's AI transformation. Your responsibilities will include defining and scaling a next-generation Agentic AI Platform to automate and augment complex workflows, such as reporting, business analysis, and data science. This is a unique opportunity to drive measurable business impact and shape the future of applied AI within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the comprehensive product vision and multi-year strategy for a portfolio of AI products, centered around a core Agentic AI Platform. - Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap balancing foundational platform capabilities with specific agent-based solutions. - Conduct deep analysis of internal business units to identify high-impact use cases and build a pipeline of future enterprise adopters.

  • • Create core platform assets including AI Playbooks, reusable agent templates, and architectural design patterns to accelerate adoption and ensure best practices.
  • • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from user research to defining requirements and partnering with AI Engineering for technical architecture.

  • • Establish a framework for rapid development, testing, and deployment of new AI agents at scale.

  • • Define and own the platform's KPIs focusing on user adoption, productivity gains, and overall business value.
  • • Champion platform adoption and AI-led processes to senior leadership.

  • • Develop a robust go-to-market strategy for onboarding new teams and business units.

  • • Partner with senior leaders in Risk, Compliance, and Technology to establish a scalable governance framework.

  • • Drive accountability for adoption and productivity goals using data to measure impact.
  • Qualifications:
    Required: - 15+ years of professional experience with 8+ years in product management focused on enterprise-level platforms or AI/ML solutions.

  • • Proven track record of defining and launching successful platforms within a large enterprise.

  • • Deep expertise in Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, and LLM technologies.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Preferred: - Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline.

  • • Direct experience building AI platforms or managing AI agents at scale.

  • • Background in enterprise reporting, data analytics, or cloud platforms.

  • • Experience in the financial services industry.

  • • AI-related publications or industry thought leadership.
