About the Role
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for leading and delivering a highly visible, strategic, and commercially focused HR partnership in India, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and decision support across various HR generalist activities such as employee relations, employment legislation, workforce planning, talent strategy, organisational design, change management, reward, performance, and culture. You will play a critical leadership position within the India HR team, driving people strategy, managing risk, and enabling business performance while aligning closely with the Global HR function and supporting the wider APAC region.

An HR leader who has spent 5+ years in Senior HRBP or equivalent roles within multinational, matrixed environments (fintech, banking, or high-growth tech preferred) and has independently stewarded complex, legally-sensitive employee relations cases while influencing C-suite decisions.

₹30 L – ₹55 L per year
