As a Senior Manager in the Talent Development & Organization Development role, you will be a crucial part of the People Capability and Strategy COE, focusing on shaping and expanding enterprise-wide talent initiatives to foster career growth, enhance organizational effectiveness, and strengthen the employee value proposition. Your responsibilities will include:
• Contributing to the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the firm's talent development and organization development strategy in alignment with business objectives.• Transforming enterprise talent priorities into scalable, measurable, and impactful programs.• Developing frameworks and interventions to boost career agility, internal mobility, and role clarity throughout the organization.• Taking charge of end-to-end design, governance, and execution of strategic talent programs related to careers and performance management.• Creating frameworks, toolkits, and capability-building interventions to support leaders, counsellors, and employees.• Activating the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through engaging narratives, enabling leaders, and enhancing employee experience.• Leading change management efforts to ensure lasting adoption and behavioral changes across the organization.• Managing multiple complex enterprise-wide programs simultaneously with a focus on governance, risk management, and delivery discipline.• Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Learning, Talent Analytics, Technology, and Communications teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize impact.To excel in this role, you should possess:
• 12+ years of experience in Talent Development, Organization Development, or related HR COE roles within large multinational organizations.• Proficiency in career frameworks, feedback mechanisms, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.• Strong project and program management skills, able to handle multiple complex initiatives concurrently with robust governance, planning, and execution capabilities.Key Skills & Competencies:
