Your key responsibilities will include headhunting passive candidates, evaluating portfolios, building a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, negotiating offer packages, partnering with senior leadership for geographic expansion, acting as a strategic HR business partner to studio heads, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, managing compensation and benefits benchmarking, promoting the Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and representing the company at various events and conferences. Qualifications: Experience Must Have: - 6-12 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR in the architectural interior design industry
