About the Role

As a Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Hospertz India Pvt Ltd, located in Andheri East, Mumbai with pan-India responsibilities, your role will be crucial in architecting the most valuable asset of the company - the team. You will play a strategic leadership role in end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, and core HR functions within the architectural interior design sector.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the niche architectural interior design market. Your key responsibilities will include headhunting passive candidates, evaluating portfolios, building a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles, negotiating offer packages, partnering with senior leadership for geographic expansion, acting as a strategic HR business partner to studio heads, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, managing compensation and benefits benchmarking, promoting the Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and representing the company at various events and conferences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the architectural interior design market

  • • Proactively headhunt passive candidates through industry networks, design schools, and portfolios

  • • Evaluate portfolios and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, design sensibility, creativity, and cultural fit

  • • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles

  • • Partner with senior leadership to understand talent requirements for opening new studios in target cities

  • • Act as a strategic HR business partner to studio heads and department leaders

  • • Craft and promote the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) within the design community
  • Qualifications: Experience Must Have: - 6-12 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR in the architectural interior design industry
    Non-Negotiable: - Proven track record of scaling a design firm's workforce across multiple cities in India
