About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager in the CPO Change & Innovation team at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving change and innovation within the Chief People Officer (CPO) department. Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery of various business, operational, and continuous improvement change initiatives within the CPO portfolio. You will work closely with stakeholders across regions, providing change analysis support, facilitating workshops, and ensuring effective communication and engagement strategies are in place for transformation programs. Your expertise in change and project management, analysis, and agile methodologies will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation and alignment of initiatives with CPO goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage the delivery of CPO-led business, operational, and continuous improvement change initiatives.

  • • Provide change analysis support on various CPO change initiatives, ensuring alignment with CPO goals and priorities.

  • • Coordinate communication and engagement workstreams within larger transformation programs, fostering collaboration across teams and regions.

  • • Conduct change impact assessments and support the triage process for new ideas raised across CPO, prioritizing high-value outcomes.

  • • Facilitate workshops on processes, data, and system requirements with working groups across regions.

  • • Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders such as CPO, Enterprise Technology, and Enterprise Change teams.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Experience in providing change analysis and project management support, preferably within an HR environment.

  • • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with internal customers at all levels.

  • • Experience working with stakeholders across regions to implement new processes or ways of working effectively.

  • • Proficiency in facilitating requirement workshops and demos with stakeholders from various functions and regions.

  • • Ability to work independently, manage multiple change initiatives concurrently, and support agile delivery teams in backlog refinement and sprint management.
