About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Business Development in the UX & Product Design domain at Razorpod, your primary focus will be on revenue ownership for UX-led growth systems. You will be responsible for engaging with CMOs, CPOs, and CX leaders, identifying experience/performance gaps, and selling the concept of UX systems that deliver measurable impact. Your role will involve opening doors with key decision-makers, selling UX as a conversion engine and retention system, and shaping data-grounded UX strategies and roadmaps. You will also work closely with founders on strategic deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Engage C-level executives on issues related to conversion drops, low adoption rates, and broken onboarding experiences

  • • Position UX as a key driver of conversion, retention, and product optimization

  • • Develop and close data-driven UX strategies and roadmaps

  • • Collaborate with founders on strategic business deals
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 5-10 years of experience in UX, product, or CX consulting sales

  • • Demonstrated success in working with CMOs and CPOs

  • • Proven track record of a hunter mindset and selling outcomes over deliverables

  • • Ability to work at a fast pace, taking complete ownership, and thriving on responsibilities
