About the Role

As an Associate Program Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving stakeholder partnership, business solutioning, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Acting as a strategic partner to Program Leaders and Senior Stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives, operating models, and people strategies.

  • • Co-creating scalable solutions that support delivery, productivity, and employee experience by balancing HR and Operations priorities.

  • • Translating business challenges into people, process, and capability solutions through data, insights, and best practices.

  • • Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
  • You will also be responsible for:

  • • Designing and overseeing structured employee connect and listening mechanisms to gather insights and influence business decisions.

  • • Governing the 90-day onboarding experience to ensure faster assimilation, early engagement, improved productivity, and reduced early-tenure attrition.

  • • Partnering with business and learning teams to align knowledge management and capability-building initiatives with current and future business needs.

  • • Identifying engagement and attrition risks using data and feedback, and driving targeted interventions with leaders.
  • Your role will involve providing strategic oversight for performance management, goal-setting frameworks, and ensuring alignment between individual goals and business outcomes. You will enable leaders to drive a robust performance and accountability culture through calibration, talent reviews, and leadership capability building.

  • • Use HR analytics and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Qualifications required for this role include:

  • • At least 10+ years of experience in an HRBP role.

  • • Full understanding of organizational operations to meet objectives.

  • • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.

  • • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles.
