Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Director - Enterprise Sales to spearhead our growth in Mumbai market. This leadership role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in positioning our company as the preferred SaaS partner for large enterprises by shaping sales strategies, leading negotiations, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts in Mumbai.
- Identify, target, and engage CXO-level decision-makers across industries.
- Lead high-impact consultative sales presentations and solution demos, tailored to enterprise needs.
- Drive complex negotiations and contract closures, ensuring long-term client value.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team (as required).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM.
- Represent at industry events, forums, and client engagements to strengthen brand positioning. Foster long-term relationships with payroll software buyers and HR/payroll decision makers to enhance retention and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the trusted advisor and point of contact for payroll SaaS clients, providing post-sale support and proactive issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS Sales, with at least 3+ years' experience in managing team.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets (multi Cr annually).
- Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in HR space, to large enterprises, Indian conglomerates and complex accounts.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Strong business acumen with consultative sales approach.
