About the Role

As an Associate Director (Sales) for Data, Analytics, and AI Solutions in the financial services sector, your role is crucial in driving business growth and revenue by selling solutions to Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance companies, and other financial institutions in India. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Driving new business growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers

  • • Managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities and leading the sales cycle from lead generation to closure

  • • Understanding client challenges in areas such as credit risk, underwriting, collections, customer analytics, fraud management, and regulatory reporting

  • • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and building strategic account plans for clients

  • • Expanding wallet share within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities

  • • Building a strong understanding of the Indian BFSI ecosystem, tracking market trends, and representing the company in industry forums

  • • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling solutions and provide market feedback on client demand
  • To excel in this role, you should have 10-18 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong background in selling Data, Analytics, AI, Digital, Risk, or Decisioning solutions to financial institutions. Additionally, you should possess a functional understanding of areas such as credit risk, risk analytics, fraud analytics, AI-led solutions, and regulatory reporting analytics. Your skills should include consultative selling, relationship-building, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and strong communication and presentation abilities.
