About the Role

As a Regional Director at Smartworks in the Sales department, your role will be critical in accelerating the growth of sales and meeting customer acquisition targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Defining appropriate sales strategies encompassing business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

  • • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve annual sales targets, expanding the customer base through a competitive marketing strategy in the assigned territory and accounts.

  • • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring long-lasting customer relationships by identifying and strategically solving client issues.

  • • Managing relationships and networking with city heads and MDs of channel partners like IPC's/DPC's.

  • • Assisting in Real Estate shortlisting and acquisition for the region.

  • • Reporting on factors that influence tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

  • • Attracting and mentoring a high-performing team.

  • • Collaborating with internal colleagues to identify growth opportunities.
  • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • • Minimum 15+ years of sales experience in Commercial Real Estate with a developer/IPC/Real estate Fund.

  • • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

  • • Proven track record in driving the sales process from planning to closure.

  • • Demonstrated ability to articulate unique aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.

  • • Experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

  • • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
