About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director B2C in the Luxury Segment at Elite Elevators, you will play a crucial role in leading, scaling, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Driving business growth and revenue generation in the assigned region

  • • Leading, mentoring, and managing a large sales team of 4050 members

  • • Managing the complete B2C sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • • Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base

  • • Developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with business goals

  • • Building strong relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders

  • • Delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers
