Regional Manager UP East where base location is Delhi and details mentioned below: Let me tell you about the role ! This is a regional sales leadership role where you lead a team that is accountable for the relationship management with the Distributors and key customers in the territory to ensure the delivery of financial performance targets including Sales Volume, Gross Margin and Overdue

Develop and implement territory business plans according to PU business strategy
You Will Work With Closely with the regional and central team stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
A sales leader with 8-12 years in B2B channel management or direct sales leadership, proven track record in driving volume and margin targets through distributor networks, and experience navigating multi-stakeholder alignment in matrix organizations.
