As a hands-on and entrepreneurial Regional General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and scale the EV 2-wheeler business in the assigned region from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Store Operations & Sales - Oversee sales, service, and operational performance across all stores in the region. - Ensure achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives. - Drive consistent execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage cost per store, implementing efficiency measures without compromising service quality.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and service excellence programs.
- Ensure seamless resolution of escalations and service issues.
- Mentor and develop store managers and high-potential talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-centricity.
Customer Experience & After-Sales: You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery and ownership experience for customers, building service network readiness, spare parts planning, monitoring service KPIs, and implementing efficient customer feedback loops. Quick problem-solving abilities are crucial due to the startup speed environment.
Team Building & Leadership: Your role involves hiring, leading, and inspiring regional sales and operations teams, creating a performance-driven and ownership culture, and coaching frontline managers to deliver consistent results.
