About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be joining as a Project Manager in India at vice president level. Your main responsibility will be to deliver project goals on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. You will work in an innovative and inclusive culture with access to development opportunities to enhance your project management skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Prepare, manage, and provide reporting on all project plans, controls, and resource plans

  • • Ensure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage stakeholders effectively for change implementation

  • • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple franchises, domains, and functions

  • • Lead a team of external suppliers and collaborate with supply chain services for supplier selection

  • • Empower and lead a team through the project lifecycle

  • • Identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

  • • Define a project initiation document aligned with strategic goals

  • • Track and report project costs to ensure completion within budgets

  • • Ensure project deliverables meet requirements and adhere to the governance framework

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Hold an appropriate project management qualification

  • • Experience in change management and delivering strategic projects supporting business strategy

  • • Prior Agile change management experience and Agile qualification

  • • Detailed knowledge and experience in project management

  • • Knowledge of flexible working environments and strategies

  • • Ability to translate specialized data and information to support occupation strategies
