About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be joining as a Project Manager in India at vice president level. Your main responsibility will be to deliver project goals on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Prepare, manage, and provide reporting on all project plans, controls, and resource plans

  • • Ensure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage stakeholders effectively for change implementation

  • • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple franchises, domains, and functions

  • • Lead a team of external suppliers and collaborate with supply chain services for supplier selection

  • • Empower and lead a team through the project lifecycle

  • • Identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

  • • Define a project initiation document aligned with strategic goals

  • • Track and report project costs to ensure completion within budgets

  • • Ensure project deliverables meet requirements and adhere to the governance framework
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Hold an appropriate project management qualification

  • • Experience in change management and delivering strategic projects supporting business strategy

  • • Prior Agile change management experience and Agile qualification

  • • Detailed knowledge and experience in project management

  • • Knowledge of flexible working environments and strategies

  • • Ability to translate specialized data and information to support occupation strategies
