Program Manager - CEO Office

Role: Program Manager - CEO Office

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Role & Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the CEO to define and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.

- Develop governance frameworks, track critical milestones, and create dashboards to monitor organizational progress.

- Act as the central coordination point for cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Community teams.

- Manage end-to-end execution of high-priority projects such as market entry, private-label initiatives, and supply chain optimization.

- Drive organizational efficiency by anticipating bottlenecks, identifying solutions, and ensuring timely execution of CEO office priorities.

- Lead preparation of business reviews, board updates, and investor communications.

- Translate data and business insights into actionable recommendations for leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of professional experience in program management, management consulting, strategy, or product management in a fast-scaling environment (preferably startups, e-commerce, or consumer tech).

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of execution.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in high-velocity, ambiguous environments with strong ownership and bias for action.

- Familiarity with India's e-commerce and social commerce ecosystem is an added advantage.
