Comprising Engineers, Producers, QA specialists, and Project Managers, the team is dedicated to building scalable, secure, and high-performing web platforms that empower patients, enhance digital engagement, and elevate stakeholder satisfaction.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sitecore Full Stack Engineer – Principal, you will own end-to-end technical architecture and hands-on development for Sitecore-based platforms. You will work closely with clients, Technical Product Owners, stakeholders, and PGC leadership to translate ideas into production-ready solutions, while remaining deeply involved in design, development, integrations, and code reviews.
You will also be responsible for defining and driving the technical roadmap, aligning near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution. As a senior individual contributor, you will act as a technical enabler for the wider team, establishing architectural standards, ensuring data and platform governance, and driving AI-first engineering practices that improve scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
