About the Role

As an experienced professional with a strong background in civil engineering, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the UK standards within specified timelines and budgets. Your role will involve line management, effective communication with colleagues in the UK, and periodic visits to the UK. Additionally, you will demonstrate financial understanding and report writing expertise to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Possess a working knowledge of UK standards

  • • Specialize in at least 2 of the following disciplines: highways, drainage, and earthworks

  • • Exhibit line management skills

  • • Deliver projects to the required technical standard within agreed timelines and budgets

  • • Demonstrate financial acumen in project delivery

  • • Communicate effectively with UK colleagues

  • • Willingness to undertake periodic visits to the UK
  • Key Competencies / Skills:
