• Create exceptional customer outcomes through engineering and innovative solutions that address existing and emerging challenges• Lead significant, complex, and technically challenging assignments, coordinating multiple feature teams to ensure alignment with targets and deliver on key metrics• Define and oversee engineering and design solutions with an emphasis on end-to-end automation, simplification, resilience, security, performance, scalability, and reusability• Collaborate with software engineers within a platform or feature team to design and engineer complex software, scripts, and tools that facilitate the delivery of bank platforms, applications, and services• Develop architecture models and roadmaps for application and software components, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements and driving common usability across products and domains• Influence the development of strategies and architecture at domain and enterprise levels, identifying transformational opportunities for the businesses and technology areasQualifications Required:
• Significant experience in software engineering, software or database design, and architecture within a DevOps and Agile framework• Expert understanding of market trends, technologies, and tools, with a focus on implementing programming best practices related to scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance• Strong background in developing colleague applications for customer services in the Financial Services industry, particularly with a focus on agent assist technologies and the FDC3 framework• Demonstrable experience in back end and front end development, including React, JSON, microservice development, and building integrated systems• Proven track record of building and optimizing development teams, emphasizing automation to enhance efficiency and utilizing AI development tools for accelerated delivery• Ability to translate product and business requirements into technical solutions effectively and efficiently• Experience working with code repositories, bug tracking tools, and wikis(Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.)
