Role Overview:
As an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner at Nagarro, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and programs to promote a productive and conflict-free workplace. Your strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements will be essential in providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns. You will also be responsible for assisting in performance management initiatives, promoting job satisfaction, and improving employee and manager performance through coaching, counseling, and problem resolution. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, analyzing HR metrics, and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making.
