About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager India for Global Hospitality Services (Vice President) at Citi, you will have full leadership responsibilities for leading and managing the operations across Citi's India portfolio within the Global Hospitality Services (GHS) division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and alignment with Citi's global standards in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage operations excellence and vendor management in diverse culture in India, including BAU, performance, issue management, and corporate social responsibilities.

  • • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relations.

  • • Oversee people management and act as a regional subject matter expert to uplift operations standards and alignment.

  • • Lead project management, sustainability initiatives, and CoB activities.

  • • Drive continuous service improvement, operational compliance, and global service standards for India GHS products.

  • • Be accountable for managing operational budgets, financial/contractual vendor agreements, and identify efficiency opportunities.

  • • Conduct statistical reporting, data management, governance controls, and metrics reporting to ensure system integrity and minimize risk.

  • • Manage reporting and analysis of regional restricted commodities to ensure consistent governance controls.

  • • Coordinate Compliance guidelines and implement changes as needed.

  • • Handle sensitive information confidentially and manage vendor performance against evaluation system (KPIs).

  • • Develop plans for ongoing evaluation, maintenance, and replacement of Foodservice facilities and equipment in partnership with vendors.
  • Qualifications:

  • • University degree graduate with a major in hospitality or related field.

  • • Minimum of 10 years of related working experience demonstrating operational expertise.

  • • Proficient in MS Office.

  • • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
