About the Role

You will play a crucial role as the Onboarding Data lead in the Client Program Office (CPO) team at State Street Global Services (SSGS). Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the lead reporting contact for CPO and Client Conversion Services (CCS), providing key business insights to senior leadership. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating the offshore reporting team in India to ensure timely and accurate report production.

• Taking ownership of the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, from data extraction to final presentation.

• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across CPO and CCS to understand reporting needs and priorities.

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes, tools, and governance.

• Implementing robust controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.

• Creating and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.

• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in a reporting or business intelligence role, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience in coordinating remote or offshore teams.

• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder communication and collaboration.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Solid understanding of data governance, quality control, and reporting best practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical mindset focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related industry, with a background in financial services or consulting.

• Strong academic record showcasing analytical and quantitative skills.

• Data analytics certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
