About the Role

As a Lead - People Business Partner at Tiger Analytics, your role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all people-related initiatives effectively support the strategic direction of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • • Deeply understanding and championing Human Resource Management policies and processes

  • • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to employee separation

  • • Providing forward-thinking insights into people processes, benchmarking against best practices

  • • Creating robust communication forums and facilitating employee engagement initiatives

  • • Developing and managing people satisfaction programs aimed at enhancing retention

  • • Cultivating an environment that encourages continuous learning and career growth for employees

  • • Conducting people surveys and collaborating with leadership to drive organizational change

  • • Ensuring timely functional deliverables, policy compliance, and preparing comprehensive reports
  • Qualifications required for this role include:

  • • Masters in HR from a top institute

  • • 5-7 years of experience in driving HR BP role in IT/Consulting industry

  • • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices, exposure to performance management and employee experience management is a plus

  • • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally

  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • • Hands-on experience in MS Office
