Integration Leader with 18–20. years of expertise in managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and enterprise integration modernization programs across global environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP CPI migrations, enterprise architecture governance, and leading multi-workstream global SAP programs across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT platforms.

This role requires strong program leadership capabilities, stakeholder management at CXO level, and experience managing global delivery teams, SI partners, and complex SAP landscapes in multi-country environments.### Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs including S/4HANA migration, RISE with SAP adoption, and landscape modernization initiatives

• Drive integration modernization programs (SAP PI/PO SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI)

• Define and govern enterprise integration architecture, API strategy, and clean-core SAP principles

• Manage large global delivery teams (functional, technical, testing, integration, basis, security, data)

• Oversee multi-system SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, BTP, SolMan, GRC, EWM, PLM)

• Lead program governance, release management, cutover planning, and deployment strategy

• Manage vendor ecosystems including System Integrators (SI), offshore delivery teams, and SAP partners

• Drive architecture review boards, design authority, and enterprise IT governance forums

• Ensure integration reliability, performance, and scalability across hybrid SAP landscapes

• Manage stakeholder communication with CIO, IT leadership, and business executives

• Define and implement DevOps, CI/CD, and SAP cloud operating models

• Drive cost optimization, system rationalization, and IT landscape simplification initiatives

Lead *cloud migration strategies (Azure / AWS / SAP RISE environments)

Required Skills . Experience**

• 15. years of SAP experience in large enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in:

+ SAP S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield / Brownfield / RISE)
+ SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)
+ Enterprise Integration Architecture . API-led design
+ SAP Solution Manager, ALM, ChaRM, Release Management

• Experience in managing global SAP programs across multiple regions (APAC, Europe, Americas)

• Strong understanding of:

+ SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, PLM, BW
+ Middleware platforms: PI/PO, CPI, Boomi, Seeburger

• Experience leading large teams (50–100. members) across multiple vendors

• Strong exposure to Agile / Hybrid / SAP Activate methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Leadership Expectations

• Ability to operate at CIO / VP / Enterprise Architecture level

• Strong experience in program financial governance.

• Proven ability to lead global transformation programs across countries

• Proven ability in Presales, RFP activities.

• Experience in building operating models, CoE structures, and governance frameworks

Strong capability in *cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholder alignment
