About the Role

As a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in the Information Technology industry, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in India.

  • • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.

  • • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • • Experience in a multinational IT firm with a strong focus on innovation and technology solutions.

  • • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar credentials would be an advantage.
