About the Role

As the Head Talent Acquisition at Casagrand Premier Builder Limited in Chennai, your mission is to architect and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition roadmap to drive the next phase of hypergrowth. You will be responsible for hiring critical roles in Sales, Engineering, Design, Corporate functions, mid to senior-level leadership roles, and hard-to-source niche technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Shape and scale a full-stack TA strategy aligned with ambitious business goals

  • • Build a high-performing TA team and foster a performance-driven hiring culture

  • • Drive employer branding and EVP positioning to attract top industry talent

  • • Own hiring KPIs including Time-to-fill, Quality of hire, and Talent pipeline strength

  • • Lead leadership hiring, internal mobility, and succession planning

  • • Implement cutting-edge sourcing practices and deliver a world-class candidate experience

  • • Champion diversity hiring and workforce planning across all verticals
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute

  • • Prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or other project-driven industries

  • • Proven success in scaling teams in high-velocity environments

  • • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder influence, data-led decision-making, and people-first leadership
