About the Role

As the Head of Product at Impacteers, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the product vision, innovation, and business outcomes across both B2C and B2B verticals. Your role will involve owning the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch, adoption, and monetization, while ensuring platform compliance, scalability, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy, Vision & Leadership - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with Impacteers' mission, user needs, and revenue objectives. - Oversee both B2C and B2B product ecosystems and design platform-level business and revenue models.
- Build and lead multiple product PODs, ensuring focus, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic priorities and innovation tracks.

  • Product Development & Execution - Translate product vision into structured roadmaps, sprints, and release cycles.

  • - Drive end-to-end development from requirements to design, engineering, QA, and launch.
    - Ensure high-quality releases through strong backlog management and documentation.

  • Market, User & Competitor Research - Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and product gaps.

  • - Lead user research and usability studies to understand user needs.
    - Integrate research findings into roadmap prioritization and growth hypotheses.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Alignment - Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Growth teams for GTM planning.

  • - Ensure product decisions align with demand generation, retention, and revenue objectives.
    - Represent Product in strategic go-to-market and user engagement forums.

  • Platform Compliance, Data Protection & Documentation - Oversee data protection, privacy, and compliance.

  • - Maintain transparent documentation standards across releases and handoffs.
    - Collaborate on compliance frameworks with Business Intelligence and Legal teams.

  • Business & Revenue Model Ownership - Define and scale B2C and B2B platform monetization models.

  • - Track product-led revenue streams and evaluate growth potential.
    - Monitor profitability metrics and ROI across product lines.

  • Data, Dashboards & Analytics - Develop internal and external dashboards for tracking team KPIs and platform metrics.

  • - Use data-driven insights for prioritization and growth optimization.

  • Product Experience & Design Excellence - Champion user-first design philosophy.

  • - Track UX KPIs and ensure delightful experiences.

  • Team, Stakeholder & POD Management - Lead cross-functional product teams and drive collaboration.

  • - Align stakeholders through structured updates and OKR cycles.

  • Leadership, Culture & Innovation - Build a high-performing product organization rooted in innovation.

  • - Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications & Preferences:

  • • 8-14 years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership in EdTech, SaaS, or CareerTech.

  • • Proven success in leading cross-functional product teams and multi-POD environments.

  • • Deep understanding of B2B & B2C product business models, user journeys, and monetization.

  • • Strong command of market research, competitor analysis, user testing, and A/B experimentation.

  • • Experience with analytics & collaboration tools.

  • • Solid grounding in data compliance, documentation standards, and security frameworks.

  • • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
