Role Overview Lyka Labs Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our Nutraceuticals range of products. The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth, building strong market presence, and developing strategic partnerships across West & South India.Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for Nutraceuticals portfolio. - Drive business expansion in West & South India, ensuring strong penetration in target markets. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in PharmaMed, Raptakos, Emcure, Sun Pharma, Torrent, and other leading pharma/nutraceutical companies. - Lead a high-performing sales & marketing team, ensuring achievement of revenue and market share objectives. - Identify new opportunities, channels, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence. - Oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. - Provide market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
