About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding enterprise partnerships at Shipway. As the Sales Head, you will oversee the complete sales function, from strategy and pipeline generation to deal closure and revenue realization. Your role will involve managing key enterprise relationships and achieving aggressive growth targets in the SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the overall revenue targets for the organization. - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals. - Build strong sales pipelines, forecasting models, and revenue plans.
Candidate Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in B2B or Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS/Technology companies.
Preferred Experience: - Experience selling SaaS solutions to eCommerce or D2C brands.
