About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding enterprise partnerships at Shipway. As the Sales Head, you will oversee the complete sales function, from strategy and pipeline generation to deal closure and revenue realization. Your role will involve managing key enterprise relationships and achieving aggressive growth targets in the SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the overall revenue targets for the organization. - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals. - Build strong sales pipelines, forecasting models, and revenue plans.

  • • Identify new markets, industry segments, and expansion opportunities.
  • • Drive enterprise and strategic client acquisition in the SaaS ecosystem.

  • • Lead CXO-level discussions and complex enterprise deal closures.

  • • Build long-term partnerships with large brands, enterprises, and marketplaces.

  • • Ensure strong customer retention, upselling, and account growth.
  • • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions.

  • • Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the team.

  • • Mentor and coach team members to improve sales productivity and deal conversion.

  • • Create a performance-driven sales culture.
  • • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel strategies.

  • • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

  • • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
