About the Role

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in leading the recruitment function and ensuring hiring excellence throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in alignment with business objectives.

  • • Building a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent.

  • • Driving workforce planning and hiring forecasts with business leaders.

  • • Leading end-to-end recruitment for various functions such as technology, product, sales, operations, and leadership hiring.

  • • Managing internal recruiters, sourcing specialists, and external recruitment partners.

  • • Establishing and optimizing recruitment processes, metrics, and hiring standards.

  • • Partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs.

  • • Providing market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and hiring insights.

  • • Acting as a trusted advisor on talent-related decisions.

  • • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.

  • • Driving campus hiring, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, and succession planning initiatives.

  • • Monitoring recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.

  • • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.

  • • Utilizing ATS and recruitment technologies to improve efficiency.

  • • Enhancing the organization's employer value proposition (EVP).

  • • Leading recruitment marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.

  • • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • • 12+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • • Proven experience in hiring for Technology, Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and Leadership positions.

  • • Strong understanding of talent market trends and compensation benchmarking.

  • • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and workforce planning.

  • • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Experience in IT Services, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting organizations.

  • • Exposure to global hiring across the US, Europe, APAC, and India.
