We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Head of Platform to lead the design, development, and scaling of our enterprise technology platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and MLOps, who can drive innovation while ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. You will play a critical role in building robust, data-driven platforms that power advanced analytics, machine learning, and business-critical applications.

Requirements Key Responsibilities: As the Head of Platform, you will define and execute the platform engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals. You will lead cross-functional teams responsible for cloud architecture, data pipelines, and machine learning operations, ensuring seamless integration across systems.

You will architect and oversee large-scale deployments on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR, and Redshift to build resilient and cost-effective solutions. A strong focus will be on implementing best practices in cloud governance, security, and performance optimization.

In the domain of data engineering, you will design and manage high-throughput ETL pipelines that support real-time and batch data processing. You will ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making. Experience with distributed data processing frameworks and modern data stack tools will be essential.

You will also lead the MLOps strategy, enabling efficient deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of machine learning models. This includes building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, ensuring reproducibility, and integrating models into production systems at scale.

Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver scalable platform solutions. You will mentor and grow high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
