Who We Are

AgentR is building the identity protocol for AI agents — the foundational layer that lets agents authenticate, authorize, and operate as trusted entities across systems. Just as OAuth became the standard for human identity on the web, we're building what that looks like for agents: open, composable, and production-grade. We're pre-launch, moving fast, and deeply conviction-driven. Velocity, ownership, and good taste matter more than process.

What We're Looking For


We're looking for a Head of Developer Growth with a clear founder-track path.

This is not a traditional DevRel or marketing role. We want a builder-communicator who lives in developer communities, understands open-source distribution deeply, and wants to own how AgentR shows up in the world — from the first GitHub star to the first thousand contributors. Someone who thinks deeply about developer experience, technical content, and community — and executes hands-on.

This role is ideal for someone who:


  • • Has driven early traction at an open-source or developer-first product

  • • Is strong in community building, developer advocacy, and content-led growth

  • • Is scrappy and execution-oriented (writes, ships, experiments)

  • • Wants real ownership and a path to a founder / Head of Growth / future CRO role

  • • Cares about building infrastructure that genuinely moves the AI ecosystem forward
  • What You'll Be Working On


    Open-Source GTM . Distribution


  • • Own top-of-funnel growth across developer communities, open-source channels, and technical content

  • • Design and run repeatable growth loops targeting AI engineers and agent builders

  • • Experiment across channels (GitHub, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Discord, newsletters)

  • • Measure results, learn fast, and double down on what works
  • Developer Relations


  • • Be the face of AgentR in the developer and AI agent ecosystem

  • • Run demos, talks, workshops, and online AMAs for developer audiences

  • • Build relationships with early adopters, contributors, and AI builder communities

  • • Turn early users into durable advocates and contributors
  • Content . Narrative


  • • Shape AgentR's positioning, voice, and technical storytelling

  • • Ship high-quality content: technical blogs, docs, threads, short-form video, and case studies

  • • Support launches and GTM messaging alongside the founders
  • Founder-level Ownership


  • • Talk to developers and early users regularly

  • • Influence onboarding, activation, and contributor experience

  • • Help define long-term open-source and GTM strategy

  • • Build and lead a growth/DevRel team as the company scales

  • Where You'll Work

    This is a full-time, in-office role at our Bangalore office. You'll be working alongside the founding team every day.

    When You'll Work

    This is a full-time role with primary overlap during Indian working hours. Occasional coordination with global developer communities may be required.
