About the Role

As the Head of Business Development at a fast-growing organization in the Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, Web3, and Financial Services space, you will play a crucial role in driving global growth initiatives and revenue expansion. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing business development strategies, leading high-performing teams, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring market positioning in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the overall business development and global expansion strategy aligned with company objectives. - Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market entry initiatives across Crypto, DeFi, Web3, and Blockchain Infrastructure sectors. - Lead, mentor, and scale business development and relationship management teams while establishing KPIs and performance frameworks.

  • • Build and manage C-level client relationships, enterprise sales pipelines, and institutional partnerships to ensure long-term retention and growth.

  • • Oversee governance, compliance, CRM optimization, reporting structures, risk management processes, and deliver strategic insights to leadership.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 1215 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Strategic Partnerships.

  • • Minimum 5+ years of mandatory experience in Crypto, Blockchain, FinTech, or Financial Services.

  • • Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing teams.

  • • Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, DeFi, tokenomics, blockchain infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.

  • • Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management skills with CRM and sales reporting expertise.
